How can I make purchases?

Please take a look at our online product catalogue where you will find all our products.

Select the products you want and add them to your shopping basket by clicking on “ADD TO BASKET”. Once you have made your selection, go to your shopping basket, which you will find at the top right of the online store, and click on “Go to Checkout”.

If you have a discount code, this is the time to enter it into the box shown when you checkout.

Prices

All our prices include VAT. Anything else that needs to be added (such as shipping costs, express shipping, etc) will be detailed before you confirm your purchase.

Methods of payment

Our Noble Archive online shop accepts the following forms of payment: credit card using secure Stripe and PayPal payment.

At the end of the payment process, an email will be sent to you immediately confirming that the purchase has been made correctly.

Delivery times

Delivery times will depend on the shipping address. For shipments to mainland Spain, delivery times are 3-5 working days. Shipments outside the mainland take 3-15 working days.

Deliveries

Once you have made your purchase from our Noble Archive online shop, your products will be sent by express courier.

Delivery times are:

National deliveries: 1-10 working days at no charge.

Deliveries that involve customs: customs charges are always borne by the recipient. These tariffs are NOT included in the price of the product or delivery. Costs of rejecting the package, returning items, as well as customs and any other charges or costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

International deliveries

We deliver within the European Community and offer delivery times of 15-20 days. Once you have made your purchase, the website will automatically calculate international delivery costs.

Customs tariffs are always borne by the recipient. These tariffs are NOT included in the price of the product or delivery. Costs of rejecting the package as well as customs tariffs will be deducted from the refund amount.

Exchanges and returns

You can exchange or return items you have purchased. Delivery costs for exchanges and returns are borne by the customer. Please email us at info@noblearchive.com to arrange for collections.

Noble Archive offers the option of having your return items collected from your home. The cost for these services is €14 and this is deducted from the refund amount.

The product you are returning needs to meet the following conditions:

  1. It must not have been used, washed, or damaged; and
  2. The item must be returned in its original packaging to avoid damage.
  3. Once we have checked that the returned item meets these conditions, we will then send a new item in exchange or refund the amount you paid. The refund will be made to your account within approximately 40 days.

If the exchange or refund cannot be accepted because the above conditions are not met, we will contact you.

International exchanges and returns

Delivery costs for exchanges and returns are borne by the customer.

The product you are returning needs to meet the following conditions:

  1. It must not have been used, washed, or damaged; and

Cancellation

Please contact our customer services department as soon as possible. If your order has not reached the fulfilment stage, we may still be able to cancel it for you.
